    Artūras Vilimas, an independent member of Litgrid's Management Board, resigns

    On Friday 21 October 2022, Mr Vilimas, an independent member of the Board, announced his resignation for personal reasons, effective 5th  November 2022. Mr Vilimas has been a member of the Board since 20th April 2020.
     
    Tomas Varneckas, Gediminas Karalius, Domas Sidaravičius and Algirdas Juozaponis, who chairs the Board, continue to serve on the Board of Litgrid.
