The Company has a Personal Data Protection Policy, which establishes the practice of careful handling of personal data.
The main principles of Litgrid personal data protection:
- The principle of fairness and legality. It means that personal rights must be protected and processing must be lawful and fair.

- The principle of data accuracy. It means that personal data must be accurate and updated as necessary.
- The principle of confidentiality and security. It means that personal data is treated as confidential information.
