- Designs of construction/reconstruction of energy facilities involve the provision for preventive measures to protect the environment, environmentally-friendly technologies, and facilities ensuring energy efficiency.
- Contributing to the 20/20/20 plan on promotion of alternative energy sources by the year 2020, which provides for a 20% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (compared with 1990), a 20% increase in the generation of energy from renewable energy sources, and a 20% increase in energy efficiency of the generation from conventional sources.
