    Actions that must be taken in order to connect to the power transmission grid:
     
    1.  Submit an application to the electricity transmission system operator (TSO) Litgrid to issue the Preliminary Connection Specifications

    2. Submit an application for concluding a Letter of Intent concerning participation in auctions or reservation of power and capacities
