Important Information for Individuals Intending to Submit a Complaint to Litgrid
Before submitting a complaint, please read the Lithuanian version of the Complaints Handling Procedure.
The Litgrid Complaints Handling Procedure regulates the registration, examination, and decision-making process for consumer complaints submitted to the company. These complaints relate to the activities of the transmission system operator, including the provision of electricity transmission services via the transmission network, ensuring the reliability of transmission network equipment, the installation and organisation of electricity metering in the transmission network, the operation and maintenance of transmission facilities, the connection of network users' equipment to the transmission network, the reconstruction of the transmission network, and the provision of services in the public interest.
