Public consultation on the methodologies of Baltic LFC block after synchronisation with the Continental Europe Synchronous Area
Litgrid, the Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator, in cooperation with the Baltic operators, has prepared the methodologies of Baltic LFC block after synchronisation with the CESA.
In order to ensure a transparent FRR dimensioning process, the TSO invites stakeholders and market participants to submit their comments on the methodology for the Baltic LFC block FRR dimensioning after synchronisation with the CESA and coordinated Baltic LFC block TSOs actions to reduce FRCE principles.
Following the public consultation, Litgrid will assess the comments submitted by the stakeholders and, if necessary, make appropriate changes and will also publish an assessment of the comments submitted by the stakeholders.
