Baltic balancing roadmap

Since 1st of January 2018, Baltic transmission system operators – Elering AS, AS "Augstsprieguma tikls" and Litgrid AB (Baltic TSOs) operate a common model for balancing of power systems of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
