Efficient management of Litgrid is ensured by effective company structure with a competent management that has long term experience in business and the energy sector.
Mr Daivis Virbickas, Litgrid CEO 
Director of the Power System Operations Department: Mr Giedrius Radvila.
The System Control Department is responsible for ensuring the reliable and stable functioning of the power system, quality of electricity, and operational control of the system.
Director of the Transmission Grid Department: Mr Vidmantas Grušas.
The Transmission Grid Department formulates the technical policy of the electricity transmission grid and ensures the reliability of equipment. It is also responsible for compliance with environmental protection, fire safety, and health and safety at work regulations.
Director of the Strategy Department: Mr Liutauras Varanavičius.
The Strategy Department formulates the corporate strategies and is responsible for ensuring the consistent and efficient development of the power transmission system, as the cornerstone of the national energy system.
 Director of the Strategic Infrastructure Department: Ms Gerda Krasauskė.
The Strategic Infrastructure Department is responsible for the timely and cost-effective implementation of state energy investment projects,  solves political and legal issues of territorial planning, and connects new customers and producers to the transmission grid. It was responsible for timely implementation of two new interconnections NordBalt (Lithuania-Sweden) and LitPol Link (Lithuania-Poland).
Director of the Finance Department: Mr Vytautas Tauras.
The Finance Department is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the corporate financial and procurement policies.
Director of the ITT and Administration Department: Mr Apolinaras Škikūnas.
The ITT and Administration Department responsible for the formulation and implementation of the ITT, information and physical security and general functions.
