Public procurement
Procurement procedures conducted by the company are governed by the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania. The company has prepared the Simplified Public Procurement Regulations which require that the principles of equality, non-discrimination, mutual recognition, proportionality and transparency are adhered to in the process of procurement.

Servitudes
The TSO uses servitudes on land for the purposes of implementation of projects of national significance. Servitudes are established and relevant compensations are paid according to the rules approved by the Government.
