Steps to be taken in order to connect to the transmission grid:

1. Submit an application to the transmission system operator (TSO) Litgrid and receive preliminary design conditions.
   Submit a request to the Ministry of Energy and receive a permit to develop generation capacities.
2. Submit an application to the director of administration of a respective municipality (or an authorized municipality official) for receipt of a digest of design conditions.
3. After fulfilment of requirements of Items 1, 2 and 3, to submit an application to TSO and to receive design conditions.
4. Under procedure, established by legal acts, to submit to the TSO design documents and to sign an agreement with the TSO regarding a connection service.
5. To submit to the National Energy Inspection a statement of verification of technical condition of electricity equipment (for transfer to tune-up work).
